(PJS) was concluded according to establishment ad number 27705/2 dated 26 Feb. 1992 and was registered under number 89149 dated 15 March 1992 in Tehran Companies Registration Office and Industrial Ownership and through registration number 6299 dated 28 Feb. 1994 it was transferred to Tabriz and was registered in Tabriz. In 21 March 1993 Ardabil Electric Power Co. and in 21 April 1996 Tabriz Electric Power Co. was partitioned form this company.
